Dan V. Dague is Co-Founder and CEO of Crossroads Capital Management, Inc. (CCM). CCM is an independent fee-based Registered Investment Advisory firm located in Carlsbad, California.

Dan and his firm assist clients through a unique Team Based Wealth Management ™ philosophy and structure that combines the best of three professions - a financial adviser, an estate and tax planning attorney and a tax return specialist - all in one location.

Dan is a respected financial educator who has worked with hundreds of individuals, families and business owners. He holds numerous certifications, licenses and industry credentials including a Chartered Senior Financial Planner (CSFP), Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and Insurance License.

Over the past 15-years Dan has been involved in many aspects of the financial services industry including: sold, participated and or owned investments in stock, mutual funds, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), management buy-outs (MBO), venture capital (VC), mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and various types of insurance.

As a Business Owner and Vice President he achieved strong revenue growth and controlled multi-million dollar budgets. He also assisted in building a San Diego based company to over $100-million.

Dan is a Southern California native and has lived in San Diego for the past 17 years with his wife Heidi. Both are very active in the community donating time and financial resources to many non-profit associations. Dan serves as a Board of Directors member for the Joe & Mary Mottino Family YMCA, a Board of Advisors member for Source-44 and Board of Directors member for Spendsmart.org. During his free time, Dan is typically training for a triathlon or running event. Dan is a 2004 Ironman finisher.
